Our services provide applications and web services based on universal design principles, aimed at learning and support.
Each service includes features that can be used for free. The specific scope of free features varies by app/service - please refer to each service's description.
Some services offer monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
For specific subscription product details and prices, please refer to the in-app purchase screen or the Specified Commercial Transactions Act Notice page.
For lifetime plans (one-time purchase, permanent use), you can use the relevant features continuously by paying the price displayed on the purchase screen of each app once.
The features, pricing, and other terms of our Service may be changed for service improvement and operational reasons. Important changes will be notified within the app or on our website.
A service agreement based on these Terms is formed between us and the User when the User downloads, installs, or starts using our Service.
For the purchase of paid features, a purchase agreement is formed when the User completes the purchase procedure on the payment screen of Google Play Store.
Payment for paid features is processed through Google Play Store (Google Play billing). Available payment methods follow Google Play Store regulations.
We do not directly obtain or store your credit card numbers, bank account information, or other payment information. This information is managed under the responsibility of Google Play Store.
The prices of paid features are listed on the purchase screen of each app or on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act Notice page. Prices are displayed inclusive of tax.
Due to the nature of the products (digital content / in-app purchases), we generally cannot accept refunds for purchases that have been completed at the User's convenience.
If you wish to request a refund, please follow Google Play Store's refund policy.
If you cannot use the intended functions due to a serious malfunction of the app, please contact contact@signcascade-ud.com. We will check the situation and respond in good faith.
To stop using our Service, please uninstall the app from your device. Uninstallation will delete learning progress data and other information stored on the device.
Users must not engage in the following acts when using our Service:
Copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to our Service and its content (questions, explanations, term data, logos, icons, etc.) belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
Users may not reproduce, reprint, distribute, modify, or sell this content without our prior written permission.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the content and functionality of our Service, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or suitability for specific purposes.
Our Service is intended for preparation for qualification exams such as the IT Passport exam, but does not guarantee passing the exam. Please be sure to check the latest exam information from official sources.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
For any disputes arising in connection with our Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive court of agreement of the first instance.
