2.3 How to Cancel Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Google Play Store settings.

Steps to cancel via Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right
  3. Select "Payments and subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription" to complete

Important:
  • Uninstalling the app does NOT automatically cancel subscriptions.
  • Cancelling just before the period ends may not prevent the next renewal depending on timing. We recommend cancelling early.
  • After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
